The parcels that came to my section were sent out with the vehicle spares (they got out there quicker!!!) to the outlying areas to the guys that lived there, where conditions were quite rough.  They always provided a big boost in morale, even when the chips were down there is nothing better than opening a parcel!
 
We had lots of parcels over the christmas period from yourselves , the varous associations mainly the REME and the Royal Marine, so the festive period wasn't as good as being at home but it was better than nothing at all.
